These signs are symptomatic of both type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes (both types of diabetes mellitus). Type 1 diabetes’ symptoms tend to accelerate at a more rapid pace, however. Type 1 diabetes is often (though not always) found in children.
If you have any of these symptoms, go to a doctor. Your doctor will administer the test which will determine your blood sugar level and will tell you if you have diabetes or not.
You are more prone to diabetes if you are part of a high risk group.
